The Weston A. Price Foundation
Weston A. Price, a dentist from Cleveland, Ohio, traveled the world during the 1930′s studying the health of isolated, non-industrialized peoples. Dr. Price’s research demonstrated that men and women achieve perfect physical form and perfect health, generation after generation, only when they consume nutrient-dense whole foods and the vital fat-soluble activators found exclusively in animal fats.
The Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF) is a non-profit nutrition education foundation dedicated to continuing Dr. Price’s work and returning nutrient-dense foods to our diet by supporting:
- accurate nutrition information
- organic and biodynamic farming
- pasture-fed livestock
- community-supported farms
- honest and informative labeling
- technology that helps retain, rather than destroy, nutrients in our food.
WAPF provides a worldwide network of local chapters, a quarterly magazine, educational flyers and brochures, a yearly shopping guide, an annual conference, and activism at the state and federal levels.
