Upcoming class: Kombucha
We are pleased to announce that Michelle Clemens will be teaching her class called “Kombucha – The Tea of Immortality” in Ann Arbor on Sunday, September 18, 2011. Kombucha has been around for at least 2000 years providing benefits to many cultures. Recently a new-found interest in this drink has started quite the resurgence in popularity, costing around $3.50 per bottle. Join Michelle for an informative morning exploring the history and benefits of this ancient elixir, as well as learning how to brew your own at home for a fraction of the cost.
Class size is limited and pre-registration is required. Please respond no later than Monday, September 12.
